Efficient Computer is seeking an internal Corporate Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. Efficient’s Recruiter will manage our recruiting efforts to support our fast-paced, scaling company. They will provide daily interaction with candidates via interviews and outbound sourcing and will also be responsible for working internally to move candidates through our recruiting processes. This position involves extensive contact with various levels of candidates and internal hiring teams. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to relentlessly find top talent to support our growing teams. They must work collaboratively and proactively within the company, be a problem-solver, and have an ability to adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment. Key Responsibilities – What’s you’ll be responsible for:

You will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all open roles at the organization, including:

●     Develop and implement proactive outbound sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

●     Screen all inbound candidates and conduct phone/Zoom interviews for qualified candidates

●     Manage all candidates throughout recruiting process

●     Manage job listings and screen inbound applicants

●     Facilitate interviews and candidate decision-making

●     Actively participate in hiring team meetings

●     Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for all technical and business teams.

●     Maintain active and passive job searches.

●     Partner with hiring managers and HR to define hiring needs, develop role profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.

●     Work with HR to develop and continuously track progress against recruiting metrics and goals (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.) to continuously improve the hiring process and outcomes.

●     Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, fostering a positive employer brand and positioning Efficient as an employer of choice.

●     Ultimately own the hiring funnel with the goal of building a top talent team!

Required Qualifications & Experience Requirements – you’ll be successful in this role if you have:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.  

●     Experience recruiting in the tech sector is required; semiconductor industry experience isa plus.

●     4+ years of experience as an internal recruiter for a tech company, required.

●     Experience scaling teams in fast-growing organization required.

●     Prior experience in start-up environment is a plus.

●     Strong verbal and written communication skills.

●     Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.

●     Must be able to influence candidates, understand hardware industry, be resourceful, and have ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while meet hiring deadlines.

●     Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

●     Excellent interpersonal skills, high-level of professionalism and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, hiring managers, and candidates.

●     Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
